HISTORY OF PROCOM.net

The sun of Procom.net had its first dawn on year 1998 starting up with only a programming competition. But as the time passed by, it became more and more advanced by; it became more and more enormous and advanced by adding more and more competitions under its banner. It took a further step in the year 2005, by including in various hardware and gaming competitions. Both President and prime minister of Pakistan congratulated FAST-NU on the successful Procom.net 2005.In 2010, it included short films and lamination competition. Last year, Procom added International Participants in one of its success stories. This year inshallah it will add speed mobile development for the first time ever in Pakistan under its roof.

 Without any doubt, the biggest attraction of Procom.net are its wide ranged competitions ranging from Software programming and development competitions to photography ,short movie and animation competitions, from circuit design and hardware competitions to logical competitions it will hold more than twenty competitions under its roof which attracts many participants from different educational institutions from locally and abroad.

Besides the thrilling competitions, a social gathering that includes Arts exhibition, IT cafe, fun festival and closing ceremony & formal dinner will also be held to make the event memorable. A full line of seminars and training sessions will be held to give students industrial training and will give them the idea of industrial demands.
